• Plan a program of study that meets student needs and aligns with state standards.
• Develop and submit lesson plans, work with instructional coaches to improve instruction.
• Collaborate with special education staff to implement inclusive practices and accommodations.
• Engage in grant-funded programming to accelerate learning for diverse students.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents.
