Description:
SABCS is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and Christ-centered High School Math and Science Teacher to join our faculty for the 2027-2028 school year. The candidate must be committed to providing an academically rigorous, biblically grounded education that prepares students for success in college, careers, and life. We are seeking a dedicated educator who is passionate about mathematics and science, inspires critical thinking and problem solving, and desires to make a lasting impact on students through Christian education.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a closely related field. He or she must have or be eligible for teaching certification. Previous high school teaching experience is preferred, along with strong subject-area knowledge and the ability to teach a variety of secondary mathematics and/or science courses. Experience with laboratory instruction, scientific investigations, and technology integration is preferred. The candidate should have strong classroom management, communication and organizational skills. They should be able to challenge and inspire students while preparing them for college-level classwork. In addition, a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to model biblical values in both teaching and daily interactions is required, helping students grow in faith, purpose and wisdom is required.
