Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a full-time Literacy Tutor to positively impact a student’s education through small group and push-in tutoring for High School students in Reading, PA for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role offers a collaborative environment with paid training, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

An Associates degree is required, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience supporting middle school and/or high

Catapult Learning is looking for a full-time Literacy Tutor to positively impact a child’s education through providing small group and push-in tutoring for High School students for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the implementation of academic instructional programs, class work and assessments for students
  • Interacts daily with students and staff to conduct attendance, program tracking and reports.
  • Maintains positive classroom environment and monitors student behavior.
  • Monitors students technology usage.
  • Maintains program instructional materials and student computer lab usage
