Job summary

Maumelle Charter High School is seeking an Academic Facilitator to lead demonstration lessons and model effective teaching strategies. The role focuses on mentoring new teachers and providing intensive instructional support.

Partner with the Principal to plan staff development programs, promote instructional improvements, and train teachers on selected programs for better student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Meets Arkansas Qualified Teacher Standards.
• 4 years of successful teaching experience.
• Valid Arkansas teaching certificate with endorsements for subject and level assigned (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide instructionally-related services in partnership with the Principal.
• Disseminate information on curriculum trends and student activities to boost achievement.
• Lead professional development for teachers in data use and classroom practices.
• Assist with observation and evaluation of teachers and with improvement plans.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate curriculum, instruction, assessment, and resources.
