Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one of AA degree or higher or 48 college units or 72 quarter units.
• Proof of passing Paraprofessional Exam from any district.
• Criminal history check required prior to employment.
• Knowledge of academic areas and learning situations; ability to relate to high school students.

Responsibilities

• Assist a certificated teacher in instruction, supervision and training of students.
• Provide instructional support activities and student care duties.
• Maintain an effective learning environment and accurate records.
