Responsibilities

• Help Head Coach plan, organize, and oversee all levels of the program.
• Coordinate with programs to ensure long-term athlete development.
• Help conduct effective practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
• Teach fundamental and advanced techniques.
• Promote physical conditioning, injury prevention, and overall athlete wellness.
• Provide individual and team feedback to support growth and performance.
• Help monitor and promote academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes.
• Serve as a positive role model, emphasizing character, discipline, and respect.
• Support athletes in college recruitment opportunities where appropriate.
