Modesto City Schools is seeking an experienced custodian supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations in our district in California. The role requires prior supervision of custodial staff and a valid California driver’s license to travel between sites as needed.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications including a high school diploma or GED/CHSPE, and must provide a DMV printout within five work days of offer. The job also requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds during routine tasks.
Requirements: Graduation from high school or general Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate. Successful experience supervising the work of custodians. Successful work experience as a custodian. Valid California Driver's License. Must provide DMV printout within five (5) work days of offer of employment. Ability to lift 75 pounds in a series of functional tests which closely simulates the work environment.
