Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Pupil Activity Permit from Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and required trainings.
• Background checks (BCI and FBI) and VIRTUS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow state and league regulations and school policies.
• Assist Athletic Director with scheduling, transportation, and tournament prep.
• Manage equipment, final rosters, and roster compliance.
• Supervise locker room and weight room; ensure facility readiness.
• Uphold Catholic values and school mission.
• Support fundraising and budget processes as needed.
