Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking an Assistant Fastpitch Softball Coach at Moses Lake High School, part-time starting March 1, 2027. Responsibilities include organizing practices, motivating players, and ensuring adherence to safety rules.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated coaching experience, knowledge of the sport, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and certifications in First Aid and CPR/AED are necessary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to comply with policies/procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the sport with successful teaching experience.
• Ability to meet WIAA age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in responsibilities and organize practice sessions.
• Implement safety and emergency medical plans.
• Motivate players and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and improve skills regularly.
