Job summary

The Litchfield School District is seeking an E-SPORTS COACH at Campbell High School in Litchfield, NH for the Winter 2026 season. The coach will lead practices, teach strategy, review game footage, and promote teamwork and healthy gaming habits. Responsibilities include coordinating matches on PlayVS and maintaining the gaming lab.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly practices and teach game strategy.
Analyze VODs (video reviews) to improve performance.
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy gaming habits.
Coordinate official match days on the PlayVS platform.
Manage match-day logistics and track academic eligibility.
Enforce NHIAA rules during competition.
Manage the school's gaming lab and ensure PCs, peripherals, and network settings are kept updated.
