Under the principal's direction, you will schedule practices and games, manage equipment, plan travel, and model ethical behavior while guiding students toward achievement and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience coaching or training in cheerleading or related activities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with secondary students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team organization, discipline, and positive relationships.
• Schedule and prepare for practices and games.
• Properly manage and care for equipment and supplies.
• Be responsible for the development of the program.
• Model ethical behavior and moral character.
• Plan and chaperone out-of-town games.
• Be responsible for finances and budget requests.
• Enforce and follow school athletic policies and by-laws.
• Take care of insurance, physicals and transportation forms.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements with the director.
