Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Coaching Authorization issued by the Iowa Department of Education.
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Experience coaching or playing at interscholastic or collegiate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop student-athletes in bowling with emphasis on skill development and team unity.
• Promote sportsmanship, safe conduct, and overall student well-being in a competitive environment.
• Prepare and implement structured practice plans and annual goals; communicate with administration, athletes, and parents.
• Ensure safety and discipline during practices, events, and trips; maintain records and coordinate with staff.
