Responsibilities

• Support Head Coach in planning and leading daily practices and game strategies.
• Attend all practices, scrimmages and games, including after-school and weekend events.
• Lead specific skill-development drills and assist in team preparations as needed.
• Follow district policies and attend mandatory coaching trainings and compliance meetings.
• Maintain a safety-conscious environment and adhere to district safety guidelines.
