• Organize and direct individual and small group practice activities as directed by the head baseball coach.
• Assist in organizing and supervising coaching staff to ensure program is properly implemented.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community.
• Models sports-like behavior and maintains appropriate conduct towards players, officials and spectators.
