Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at high school or college level.
• Strong knowledge of baseball techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with student-athletes and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in planning and organizing daily baseball training sessions.
• Help athletes improve their technical skills, fitness, and performance.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback during practices and games.
• Assist in developing game strategies and analyzing opponents.
• Support the Head Coach in supervising team members during training and competitions.
• Mentor student-athletes, promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Maintain safety and well-being of team members at all times.
• Contribute to developing athletes' character and leadership.
