Job summary

Performance 360 Consulting, in partnership with Prisma Health, is recruiting multiple full-time Certified Athletic Trainers to serve high schools across South Carolina’s Upstate and Midlands. These non-teaching roles focus on student-athlete services, with teams of 2–4 Trainers per site and rotating evening/weekend duties to balance work-life demands.

Openings will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training OR Physical Education w/ Athletic Training emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• SC LLR Licensure as an Athletic Trainer required by start date.
• BOC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services to student-athletes at appointed high schools; assess and treat injuries using current ATCT techniques.
• Coordinate care with physicians, rehab staff, and school personnel; maintain records in EMR.
• Participate in outreach and mentorship to junior staff; support coverage during tournaments and events.
• Contribute to a team-based, non-teaching model with other Prisma Health Athletic Trainers.
• Support summer schedules and PRN coverage opportunities.

Education
