Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to care for student-athletes contracted with Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, AZ. The position is full-time with a weekday/weekend schedule, and involves providing comprehensive athletic training services on-site at the school.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience, plus incentives including a $3,500 sign-on bonus and a student debt benefit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree required.
• NATA-BOC Board of Certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic programs for injured athletes' rehabilitation.
• Assess and treat athletic injuries in collaboration with schools and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate access to clinical services for student-athletes during games and practices.
• Manage emergency procedures and coordinate EMS when needed.
