Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services to student athletes under physician direction.
• Maintain general treatment orders reviewed annually by the team physician.
• Cover home contests and away varsity football games as scheduled.
• Develop students' skills/competencies per state-approved course lists.
• Lead an after-school Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) chapter.
• Maintain records of injuries, treatments and insurance forms as needed.
• Develop and manage the athletic training program budget.
• Coordinate pre-participation sports physicals and athletic eligibility lists.
