Job summary

Glenbrook North High School Athletics Department is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer to support a comprehensive athletic healthcare program for a large suburban high school.

This full-time role works with the Head Athletic Trainer and another Assistant, with hours Monday through Friday and seasonal Saturday coverage; includes a one-month summer break and no teaching duties, delivering medical care for home events and practices.

Qualifications

• BOC-certified and Illinois-licensed or eligible.
• Previous high school experience preferred.
• Strong background in functional rehab desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Athletic Trainer and another full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer.
• Provide medical care for all home athletic events and practices.
• Contribute to the comprehensive athletic healthcare program.
