Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer to serve Todd Beamer High School and the Federal Way clinic. The ATC will deliver comprehensive athletic training services, manage injuries, and develop prevention and return-to-play programs while collaborating with coaches and physicians.

The role requires a degree in athletic training, BOC certification, BLS, and Washington state licensure. OSS offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in athletic training is required.
• BOC certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Washington state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services for an assigned high school.
• Attend games and practices, including travel to away games.
• Develop preventive programs to minimize injuries and manage emergencies.
• Communicate injuries and treatment plans to coaches, athletes, parents, and team physicians.
• Complete injury evaluations and provide first aid and rehab/return-to-play for concussions.
