• Meets Board of Trustees and State Department of Education requirements.

• Provides leadership in strategic planning aligning resources to instruction.
• Uses data to improve instruction and student outcomes.

• Implements district strategic plan and state accountability requirements.
• Selects and evaluates building personnel across responsibilities.
• Maintains accreditation standards and adequate yearly progress per federal guidelines.
• Enforces student discipline procedures per district policies.
• Fosters a proactive academic and behavioral support culture for all students.
• Develops plans to improve attendance and reduce dropout rates.
• Promotes a collegial learning environment based on mutual respect and professional judgment.
• Oversees building operations, budgeting, transportation, and reporting.
• Provides professional development aligned with district initiatives.
• Communicates school mission to staff, students, parents, and community.
