• Assist with the preparation of student schedules.
• Cooperate in conducting safety inspections and fire drill activities.
• Assist in evaluations and observations of all personnel within the school.
• Supervise reporting and monitoring of student attendance and work with the attendance supervisor in follow-up actions.
• Assist in preparation of teacher and student handbooks.
• Aid in scheduling extracurricular activities.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures and keep records of actions.
• Assist the principal in overall administration of the school.
• Perform record-keeping as directed by the principal.
• Interact with students, teachers and parents professionally and respectfully.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Supervise the school's athletic programs and facility usage.
• Oversee all maintenance program aspects.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness response.
• Prepare disciplinary hearing packets.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the principal.
