Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate campus support operations and work independently or on a team.
• Five years of successful classroom teaching experience.

• School/Organizational Improvement: help develop campus improvement plans with staff, parents, and community.
• Personnel Management: observe performance and conduct evaluation conferences.
• Administration and Fiscal/Facilities Management: supervise operations in principal’s absence and plan daily activities.
• Student Management: develop student discipline system and supervise attendance.
