Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a part-time Club Advisor for the CRLS Architecture club. The role runs from September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with responsibilities including meeting with members, advertising meetings, maintaining attendance logs, and overseeing funds and events.

Advisors will be paid a flat stipend and must submit attendance logs prior to each pay cycle. Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with club members.
• Advertise club meeting times, dates and locations.
• Record and log member attendance for every meeting.
• Manage all club funds.
• Participate in the annual Club Day activities.
• Supervise club activities including approved field trips and fundraising.
• Attend meetings of the Club Advisors.
• Complete all required Club forms.
