What You'll be Doing:
  • Provide accountability and direction for the 21st CCLC program operated at the school site.
  • Keep student time and attendance data documented daily in ELAP.
  • Follow the reporting schedule and submit all reports on time.
  • Attend 21st CCLC training meetings and participate in 21st CCLC webinars as requested.
  • Prepare and present student selection criteria, maintain student applications, and teacher forms.
  • Ensure the successful completion of reports, data collection and program implementation at the school sites.
  • Work with 21st Century Program after school staff to deliver program building based plans.
  • Plan and coordinate parent and family engagement for 21st Century families.
  • Implement parent education activities and participate in team meetings to implement goal-oriented family plans.
  • Encourage and support 21st Century families in meeting goal-oriented family plans.

Job Details:
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Hours per day: 6.5 hours

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $23.19 - $27.35 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Need:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration: CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum qualifications: Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team.

Work Environment:

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 5% sitting, 75% walking, and 20% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
