Qualifications

• Able to work at heights and stay active all day.
• Physically capable (lift up to 60 lbs) and reliable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver window cleaning with professional techniques.
• Operate water-fed poles, pressure washing systems, and equipment.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and rope descent systems for high-rise projects.
• Transform buildings with window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior care.
• Set up, maintain, and break down equipment.
• Provide standout service and communicate confidently with clients.
• Keep vehicles and gear clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Maintain top safety standards and participate in weekly safety meetings.
