Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high rise window cleaning.
• SPRAT Level I certification required; Level II/III preferred.
• Must be able to caulk, seal, and pressure wash; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior windows on high-rise buildings using rope descent systems or approved methods.
• Conduct caulking and sealing to maintain exterior integrity.
• Perform pressure washing on various surfaces as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and complete pre/post job equipment checks.
