Job summary

Smithfield Foods in Wisconsin – Cudahy is hiring for an entry-level warehouse associate to move product safely, stock racks, and support shipping operations. You will operate equipment such as stock pickers and forklifts, scan pallets, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced plant environment.

Starting pay is $24.44 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for second shift, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans; education benefits may apply

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong math and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Ability to operate safety-focused equipment and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Move products safely in and out of racks without damage.
• Place product into assigned locations and pallets into racks.
• Pull pallets for shipping and scan pallets for placement and information.
• Follow directions from Crew Leader and Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.
