Job summary

Aegis Power Systems, Inc. in Murphy, North Carolina, is seeking an Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will perform mechanical and electronic assembly, including wire harnesses, soldering, and inspection, following engineering drawings and IPC standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop IPC certifications, and overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, BOMs, and production documentation.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components per drawings.
• Assemble wire harnesses and related components.
• Follow BOMs and production documents.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow safety and IPC quality requirements.
