You’ll train to safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks, lift 40–100 lb, and participate in team lifts. Regular increases every 180 days and quarterly performance bonuses boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Able to lift items repeatedly 40–45 lbs and occasionally 80–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform work at multiple levels.
• Follow safety protocols and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks after training.
• Assist in team lifts and move items safely throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe, efficient work environment and comply with procedures.
• Support day-shift operations and contribute to productivity goals.
