Job summary

APR Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Worker - High Reach Operator for the 2nd shift at our Lebanon, PA distribution center.

You will accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for pickup and delivery using high reach equipment, adhering to safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role requires at least one year of warehouse experience with high reach forklift use, the ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack, and careful counting with RF scanners and a Warehouse

Qualifications

• One year warehouse experience, with specific experience in high reach forklift.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to count accurately on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management System.
• Physically able to lift, carry, move etc. products up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally.
• Ability to communicate successfully with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers as required.
• Self-motivated and willing to work with others.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to access and retrieve products from warehouse racking levels.
• Inspect products for quality and picking accuracy per standards.
• Package items securely according to shipping requirements.
• Build pallets and position them at loading docks.
• Report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and technologies.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, safe, and efficient.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
• Participate in training and safety meetings to improve warehouse procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
