Elective Staffing in Byhalia, MS is seeking a High-Reach Forklift Specialist skilled with Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders to join our fast-paced distribution operation. You will load and unload trailers, pick and replenish inventory, and use RF scanners with our WMS to maintain accuracy. A safety-first mindset, 2+ years of relevant experience, and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent operation on Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
• Forklift certification preferred; RF scanner experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-reach activities in double-deep racks with confidence.
• Pick, put away, and replenish inventory to keep orders moving.
• Load and unload trailers while safeguarding inventory accuracy.
• Transact in real time using RF scanners and our WMS.
• Complete daily equipment inspections; report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized zone; support general warehouse tasks.
