Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. seeks an Operator, Forklift II (High Reach) for its Seabrook, New Jersey location on the 2nd shift. You will load/unload, move goods with a high-reach forklift, and use the QAD RF system to track inventory and locations.

Requirements include Lassonde Forklift I & II certification, 3 years PIT experience, and a high school diploma. This role emphasizes safety, training others, and working in a fast-paced food/beverage environment.

Competenze

• Successfully complete and maintain the Lassonde Pappas Forklift I and II certification.
• 3 years of PIT experience.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry optional but preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and accuracy in inventory handling.

Mansioni

• Operate high-reach forklift to pick, put away, and replenish products.
• Use RF scanning to confirm bin locations and record movements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain load stability and comply with height and rack capacity rules.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits in high rack locations.
• Train team members as needed and ensure area cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor on inventory logistics.
