Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a High Reach Forklift Operator to move products and materials in cold and dry storage areas. You will operate stand-up/high-reach forklifts, adhere to safety standards, and maintain equipment while ensuring accurate RF-based recordkeeping.

We require a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience, the ability to lift 40 lb loads, and flexibility for shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating a stand-up forklift or high-reach forklift.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Able to work in cold storage and dry storage temperatures.
• Willing to work weekends, flexible shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipment.
• Record materials using the RF system and verify weight, counts, and item condition.
• Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance/checks and manage battery charging.
• Collaborate with other equipment and teams as needed.
