Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a High Reach Forklift Driver for an on-site role in Edgerton, KS. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products, perform pre-shift checks, and follow all safety standards in temperature-controlled environments.

You will load/unload materials, record details via RF system, and perform regular battery maintenance. A 40 lb lifting requirement, flexible shifts, and a collaborative team mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Able to work in cold and warm storage environments.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for rack placement.
• Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets or skids.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance and checks.
• Monitor and maintain battery charge; park equipment at charging station.
