Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Cherry Picker, High Reach Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker Operators for full-time shifts in Union, Ohio.

You must have at least 1 year of experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, or High Reach Forklifts, and be proficient with RF scanners and elevated equipment up to 40 feet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, or High Reach Forklift experience.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Comfortable operating equipment up to 40 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker, Order Picker, Reach Truck, and High Reach forklifts up to 40 feet.
• Pick, stage, load, unload and move warehouse inventory.
• Use RF scanners to pick orders and track inventory.
• Operate Raymond and/or Crown material-handling equipment.
• Maintain order accuracy, productivity and inventory control.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Support daily warehouse and distribution center operations.

Location: Union, OH

Pay: $20.50 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Cherry Picker, High Reach Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker Operators for full-time warehouse positions in Union, Ohio.

If you have at least 1 year of experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, or High Reach Forklifts, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for dependable warehouse professionals experienced with Raymond or Crown forklifts, RF scanners, order picking, and high-bay warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Cherry Picker, Order Picker, Reach Truck, and High Reach forklifts at heights up to 40 feet.
• Pick, stage, load, unload, and move warehouse inventory.

What We’re Looking For
