Job summary

Five Below in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Crown Stand-Up High Reach Forklift Operator to support our fast-paced distribution center. You will load and unload shipments, stack merchandise, and ensure accurate inbound and outbound handling using RF scanning.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible hours on a Monday–Friday schedule with potential extended shifts. Growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating a Crown Stand-Up High Reach Forklift.
• RF scanning and inventory reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate all physical locations and load/unload shipments safely.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Use RF Gun for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments and load functions.
• Maintain neat and orderly facilities and report issues to management.
