Lineage Logistics is seeking a High Reach Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift at our Luverne, MN facility. This on-site, full-time seasonal role involves operating a stand-up reach forklift, moving pallets, and recording RF data while adhering to safety standards.

You’ll work in cold and dry storage environments and may lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily duties. The position requires basic math, English instruction comprehension, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (-20 F to -25 C) and dry storage up to 100 F (37 C).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate a high reach forklift to place palletized units into elevated racks.
• Retrieve palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
• Record materials using RF systems, including weight, counts and item condition.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance and charge checks; monitor battery charge and cleanliness.
