Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 2nd shift forklift operator in Wilmington, IL. The role involves moving palletized goods, stacking into racks, and preparing outbound shipments using a stand-up reach forklift and RF systems.

Candidates must lift 40 lbs+, work in cold storage environments, and be adaptable to a flexible schedule, including weekends. Compensation starts at $22/hr for dry storage with a $0.75 differential, and $23/hr + $0.75 differential for freezer storage.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklift to move products and materials.
• Put away palletized units into high racks and prepare outbound shipments.
• Record materials by weight, counts, and condition using RF system.
• Load/unload materials from pallets and skids with a lifting device.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance/checks and maintain batteries.
