Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd shift forklift operator in Wilmington, DE. The role involves operating a high reach forklift to pick palletized units, move products, and stage shipments.

Pay is $22 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. The job requires attention to detail, safety at heights, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends may be needed as the schedule requires.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a high reach forklift in a high-rack environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to pick palletized units from elevated rack locations.
• Perform accurate case picking and stage product for outbound shipment.
• Put away palletized product into racks above floor height.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain battery charging procedures.

2nd shift - 3pm - 11:30pm - Monday to Friday

Pay - $22 an hour + .75 shift differential

Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a high reach forklift to pick palletized units from elevated rack locations

• Perform accurate case picking and stage product for outbound shipment

• Put away palletized product into racks above floor height

• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices

• Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system

• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain battery charging procedures

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Experience operating a high reach forklift in high-rack environments
• Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy
• Ability to work safely at heights and in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand instructions in Country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
