Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists in South Brunswick Township, NJ. You will move palletized goods using full forklift capacity and perform just-in-time replenishment to support order fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities include using RF scanning to log pallet locations, staging inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining safety while production speeds are met.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adherence to load capacity and stability guidelines.
