Job summary

AAF International is seeking a Roth Machine Operator in Washington, NC to set up and run Roth pleating and filter media equipment in a controlled cleanroom. Your work ensures contamination control, product quality, and regulatory compliance while meeting production targets.

The shift runs 2pm to 10:30pm in a high-purity environment requiring strict SOP adherence and meticulous documentation. This role emphasizes rigorous cleanroom practices, safety, and teamwork in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience in cleanroom or high-purity environments.
• Familiarity with GMP and cleanroom standards is highly desirable.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Roth pleating machines and associated equipment.
• Follow cleanroom protocols including gowning and material handling.
• Monitor machine parameters and adjust for product integrity.
• Load filter media and components using approved handling techniques.
• Conduct in-process inspections for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials per procedures.
• Document batch records and logs following GDP.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate deviations as needed.
• Comply with GMP, ISO, and quality system requirements.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement programs.
