Job summary

An elite coaching firm is seeking professional coaches to deliver 1:1 coaching to high-level clients. This is a remote, entry-level position that offers a flexible schedule and focuses on client performance without sales or marketing responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have coaching experience and be committed to professional development. Competitive compensation and quarterly bonuses are available.

If you are a professional, experienced coach delivering 1:1 performance coaching in elite or business settings, and you are looking to join a high-caliber team that changes lives daily, this is the position for you.

This is a serious W-2 coaching role where, upon completion of initial training, you will be entrusted with several of our international clients. There is no marketing or selling required, your focus will be solely on coaching clients that have been provided to you toward excellence in mindset, habits, and goal achievement. You are paid by session completed and control your own schedule.

This is a part time, or fulltime, remote position, with all coaching sessions conducted over the phone.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of formal 1:1 coaching experience delivering performance or mindset coaching in a professional setting
• Availability Monday through Friday and can coach a minimum of 15 sessions weekly (20-22 hours) (Having Fulltime availability is ideal but not required)
• Coaching certification preferred, but not required
• Positive Psychology certification preferred, but not required
