We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn real‑world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.
Most suitable for freshmen - earn & learn through your entire degree
Earn up to $40/hr with skills, shift premiums, and attendance incentives
At ~24 hrs/week, you could earn $40,000/year — enough to cover most tuition and living costs. Earn more as you acquire skills
Student‑friendly shifts designed around UMass schedules:
2nd Shift: Mon thru Friday, after classes to 10PM+ (max 24hrs/week)
5th Shift: Fri & Sat 4pm–1am, Sun 4–10pm (24 hrs/week)
6th Shift: Sat & Sun 5am–5pm (24 hrs/week)
7th Shift: Sat 5pm–5am, Sun 5–10pm (17 hrs/week)
