Job summary

Warrior Vets Medical Services PLLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform general medical evaluations for veterans in your practice. Earn up to $150 per hour as an independent contractor with compensation for each evaluation and 45-day payment terms after encounter documentation in our EMR.

Appointments are typically 30 to 90 minutes, with 2.5 days per week requested; no ongoing treatment requirements. Back-office support handles contracting and payments, enabling focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state medical licensure to perform full scope of practice.
• US-accredited post-baccalaureate master’s degree.
• Certification by NCCPA or ANCC or AANP required.
• 2+ years of post-graduate primary care experience.
• Established collaborating physician in place.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person general medical evaluations, typically 30–90 minutes per veteran.
• No ongoing treatment responsibilities after evaluations; one-time encounters.
• Choose schedules that fit 2.5 days per week with up to eight hours per day.
• Back-office handles contracting, liaising, and payments; focus remains on patient care.
• Note: Evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.
