System Transport in Phoenix, AZ is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. This role offers competitive pay with weekly pay and a strong benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid transition/orientation pay.

Most weekends off with a 34-hour reset, and a supportive team environment. The position requires a valid CDL-A, 21+, a safe driving record, and the ability to tarp loads as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 6+ months of driving experience required.
• Background check and clean drug test required.
• Clearinghouse check required.
• Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp (tested during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed equipment on regional routes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time delivery.
• Follow tarping procedures for loads.
• Adhere to company safety policies and DOT regulations.
