Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is recruiting an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our network of top-paying dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain engines, brakes, suspensions, and drivability systems, following manufacturer specifications and using advanced diagnostic tools. We offer high pay with bonuses, signing incentives, modern shops, paid training including EV diagnostics, and advancement paths toward Master Technician roles within a nationwide employer

Qualifications

Experience as automotive technician, auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech.
All experience levels considered, including entry-level and master technicians.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Personal tools required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using automotive diagnostic equipment.
Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Handle warranty repairs, recall repairs, and dealership service work.
Maintain high-quality standards as an automotive technician or service technician.
