Job summary

CarGuys Inc., America’s and Canada’s #1 Automotive Recruiter, seeks an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic / Master Tech to connect with top-paying dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. The position is full-time with high pay plus bonus opportunities.

You’ll work in modern shops with advanced diagnostic tools, receive paid training including EV and diagnostic training, ASE certification support, and a clear path to Master Technician and Shop Foreman roles.

Qualifications

Experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech.
All experience levels considered, including entry-level technicians and master technicians.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Personal tools required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using automotive diagnostic equipment
Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Handle warranty repairs, recall repairs, and dealership service work
Maintain high-quality standards as an automotive technician or service technician
