Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate all nursing care with other disciplines to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective and efficient care delivery.
