100x Recruiting is seeking a Tax Manager in Charlotte, NC for our High Net Worth practice. The role oversees tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and trusts, while leading, developing, and motivating a tax team to deliver exceptional client service.

Candidates have 5+ years of public accounting experience, CPA certification, and a strong ability to manage engagements, build trusted relationships, and drive business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent public accounting experience managing multiple HNW tax engagements.
• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Tax preferred.
• Strong multitasking, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Experience with tax software and modern tax technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and related trusts.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Identify tax issues and recommend innovative solutions to complex matters.
• Manage client engagements to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Grow a strong professional network to support business development efforts.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Foster collaboration and encourage team members to seek input and share ideas.
